  21. I received this answer from Motorola support when I asked what rev 4
  22. included:

  25. changes that were made. The only major change made was to correction a
  26. problem with faxing to a HP fax machine.

  31. Stangely though, my upgraded Power 28.8 transfers files 10-15% faster with
  32. rev 4 than it did with rev 2.  Must be some subtile changes.
